Counselors

My life's passion is working with students, and I have had the pleasure of doing so for the past 30 years.

I have a Master's Degree in School Counseling and a Master's of Education in School Administration.  Over the past 30 years, I have taught 14 years of grades 4th, 5th, 7th, and 8th in English Language Arts and Social Studies.  I have been a school counselor for all levels (PK-12) for 16 years. 

Outside of school, I love spending time with my husband and 3 children. I am also an artist who enjoys creating and teaching others the joy of Art. 

I feel blessed to live, work, play, and raise a family here in New Castle. I have spent the past 25 years teaching middle and high school in the valley and can’t fathom working anywhere else! 

I have two Master’s Degrees, one in Multicultural/Bilingual Education and another in School Counseling. I am most thankful for the unique perspectives, creativity, and laughter that students share with me every day. 

My motto is “Everything is better outside” and I am thrilled to share this perspective with our students.  I spend my free time in nature hiking, skiing, foraging, and exploring.
